Our Group Sessions: We keep things simple here and have only two types of classes. Classes labelled ‘Pilates’ are suited to all levels and abilities from Beginners to Pros. Our Advanced classes are suited for those with a minimum of 2yrs classical Pilates experience. In all classes, a variety of equipment will be utilised, including reformers, towers, wunda chairs, and barrels.

Our small group classes ensure personalised attention and guidance, allowing our expert instructors to provide subtle adjustments and progressions tailored to every body. Each class is thoughtfully sequenced to provide variety and continuous challenge, leading you to greater body awareness and a deeper sense of control. All classes are 50 minutes duration.

Pilates – We prefer not to over complicate things so we only have two class types. Classes labelled ‘Pilates’ are designed to suit all levels of ability, providing comprehensive instruction on Tower, Reformer, Mat, and Chair & Barrels.

Our experienced teachers easily adapt the sessions for mixed abilities and will guide you through the exercises adapting them to suit you.

Pilates Advanced – For those ready to advance their practice and explore new possibilities, our Pilates Advanced classes are designed to confidently stretch your comfort zones. These classes require a solid understanding of the traditional mat and reformer order to participate, as these dynamic sessions introduce more complex and flowing exercises across all the Pilates apparatus. Prepare for an invigorating challenge that refines your technique and elevates your strength to new heights. We recommend at least 2yrs experience in Pilates in a classical studio before attending these sessions.

Beginners Courses – If you are a complete Beginner or a little rusty after a long break, you may want to join one of our 5 week Beginner Courses to start. This will give you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the reformer, tower and high/wunda chairs and learn the basics, before joining one of our classes.

Please note, it is not compulsory to attend a Beginners Course before joining a class.

Private & Duet Sessions: For the ultimate bespoke experience, our private and duet sessions offer dedicated one-on-one or two-on-one instruction. Perfect for those seeking highly specific goals, managing unique physical considerations, or simply preferring an entirely private and personalised approach to their Pilates journey.
